Readycan gives you transparency with our flat monthly fee, a quick turnaround of 48-hours on average, unlimited task requests, and no meeting ideology, making everything more efficient and effective.
To get started, all you have to do is select a plan, complete the payment, and you'll have access to your account. This is where you'll find a link to your Trello board, which would be used to request work, keep track of work in progress, and view completed work.
The Trello board would also be used to communicate any feedback or communication about the work.
No meetings are required, however if you'd like, you can choose to book a free call, and we'll give you more information about how everything works, and answer your questions so you can decide if it's the right fit for you and your organisation.
You can add as many requests as you want to your board and we'll action them one at a time in order. With the Pro plan, we'll action two requests at a time so there's twice the amount of output in the same amount of time if you have that requirement.
Most requests are completed within 48-hours on average, however more complex tasks can take longer.
We use Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, InVision, and Figma for most of our work.
You might not have work to fill up a full month's worth of our subscription, and that's where pausing your subscription comes in handy. When you don't have any tasks to get done, simply pause the subscription, and you'll have the remainder of that month's time available to you whenever you choose to continue again.
Billing cycles are based on 31 day period. So if you sign up and use the service for 21 days, and then decide to pause your subscription. This means that the billing cycle will be paused and you'll have 10 days of service remaining to be used anytime in the future.
That's totally fine! We're happy to revise the work until you're 100% happy with it.
No worries at all. You can pause your subscription when finished and return when you have additional needs. There's no need to let the remainder of your subscription go to waste.
Due to the high quality nature of the work, there will be no refunds issued.
